 Target Frame Bug?

As some others have mentioned, there is currently a bug on the 3.3 PTR that basically doesn't allow you to get a Target Frame. All other frames seem to be working fine...including the Targets' Target Frame.
With 3.3 going live very soon, I was wondering if there was any fix in the works for this issue. If not, many of us will be...
