 Problem with timer text

I seem to be having a rather odd issue with text beneath spells that only expire when I prompt them to. (Inner Will, Inner Fire, Recaptured Mana, etc). I've attached an image below to clarify what I mean. Any help on how to fix this issue? Thanks very much!
