Is this happening with the version of Grid included with RealUI, or an updated version of Grid? It's with the updated version of Grid, I think it's been updated twice. It worked fine for me after toggling the Horizontal Groups checkbox, so I'm still using the updated version.

Just had exactly the same problem on joining LFR, and solved it by doing this: /grid Uncheck Horizontal Groups on the layout tab. Hope this helps, and thx to Nib for this brilliant piece of work.
