 1.9 patch update

There seems to be a few bugs with the new CTmod 1.9 update. A few Addons in the package are appearing as old in the in-game addons list. CT Raid Assist appears as out dated as well.
I'm also experiencing very buggy hotbars. Apparently, the countdown timers are glitched and not working well. Only some spells such as "Fade" will...
