I don't know if Slam's spell ID changed in the patch or what, but I couldn't get this to work until I changed it to 1464.

I don't know that it's intended to work in battlegrounds if you're queuing as a group, but this will break that. You can preface all the SendAddonMessage() calls with InArena() (there are 3 calls) to fix the "You aren't in a party" spam: if InArena() then SendAddonMessage(CommPrefix2, pGUID, "PARTY") end
