No, I'm not on the PTR...just on the fully updated regular server. Version 3.2.2.10505.
Thinking about it though, it could be a conflict between addons, I'll test it with only NCquest as the only addon activated and post results.

A graphical UI options panel would be useful for simpler and easier customization. The right-click menu works, but it can be quirky from time to time.
Other wise, this is a great low memory addon.
