Not working at all

This mod is not working at all. I tell it to /freerefills add Sacred Candle 60 (using an item link for Sacred Candle), and when I go to a vendor who sells it, nothing happens. Vendor options are on. Is there something I'm missing?

I'm having trouble creating a macro with Clique that will activate my healing trinket and then cast a healing spell. Every macro I create targets me. Does anybody have one that works? Thanks.
