Thanks a lot that works great! Is it possible to give it the name of buff/debuff and it's duration an outline but not the name of the target? Also, is there a way to remove the "-" from the duration? So it would show "Fear (9s)" instead of "Fear (-9s)".

I'm trying to replicate a dogtag I had in Pitbull 3 for important buffs/CC but I know nothing about lua. If a paladin used Divine Shield or I feared a target, the player's name would be hidden and instead the buff name and duration would appear with an outline in its place, e.g. Divine Shield (00:12).
