Full scan trouble?

Hi, I'm having trouble with running a full scan. I have a hi-speed connect 10G and it takes about 20 seconds and then locks WOW up hard. It updates the window with the 15 minute timer, it updates the items in database (~5000), and the done button comes into focus but it's locked up hard I have to end the WOW process in task manager....

Great add-on thanks very much! However, it stopped working with the new patch that got installed earlier this week, and like the previous poster stated it says it's out of date.
