I am not in a guild where this is easily testable at this point.
This is as is until I can get more testing done.

I have heard of ribbon, the forum post that generated this was by nickyjean in the requested forum. Ribbon was suggested, however the response was that it wasn't 'in your face enough' and worked a little differently. Thus this one.
