I've realized a way you can get PW:S for other priests to be more accurate. First, monitor spells that other priests cast all the time, (for example, if a priest casts a heal, store that info away for later use), you can extrapolate spell power from the strength of the heals cast, and guess at spec based on the spells they cast (for...
