internal cooldowns as well as procs do not work with trinkets nor weapon enchants for Russian locale with the current patch. I cant get procs even with "my buffs" option turned on.
edit: i can get procs with "all buffs" option turned on, but still cant get internal cooldowns shown.

another thing that it seems that they changed things quite a bit with recent patch - i got also one (pretty old) addon stopped working normally without any reason after patch, so i had to recode it from scratch.
thumbs up for the great addon btw :)

your font size changes when cooldown drops below 5 now, it is growing bigger
