Well... we didnt' talk. I talked, and I'm still waiting an answer. Site administrators can't add us as authors, since Gello's projects are "all rights reserved" :x

Since original authors are still not responding my messages, I've set up a temporary download page for my modified version of some addons. Here it is: http://christophe.calmejane.free.fr/wow/addons.html I really hope Gello will answer me soon, so we can do this in a proper manner. Thanks for the support meanwhile.

Well, unfortunatly, curse denied the creation of the continued version of ItemRack... because I can't get Gello's approval (he owns the addon). And I don't get any answer from him, so.. I'm stuck

Since I don't get Gello's answer, I've created a continued ItemRack version on curse.com (waiting for approval). I'll wait for him to answer for a few days and if I still don't get any, I'll create an updated version here on wowinterface.

I'm currently updating this addon to work with wow 4.0. Right now, I don't have any lua errors, and set swapping seems to work fine. I'll release my modifications pretty soon

Yeah sorry, I edited my post while you answered :) So now, the content of the old wow.lua file has directly been added to the compiled lua.exe? or something like that?

Oh ok sorry, I didn't notice I had to change that too. So, how is wow.lua found now?

I'm having a similar issue. After unpacking cog's lua package from sourceforge, I got the same error message (package wow.lua not found). I tried to change wow.lua path (both on my disk and in scite properties, so that there are no spaces in path name), but no luck. lua.exe fails to find/load the wow.lua file
