That happens if the model gets resized to a pretty large or tiny scale.
You can fix that yourself. Open oUF_Diablo/config.lua and scroll down to line 711: http://code.google.com/p/rothui/source/browse/trunk/wow5.0/oUF_Diablo/config.lua#711
You will find a animation table here. Now find the animation id your orb is using. Like y...

Having an animation problem with the orbs - some play outside the orbs, while some are off-center. Screenie below. Any help?
