So I realized last night that some of the profiles I was using were from my old server, and were in turn being deleted by myself when I compressed the folder. The only thing I can think of is turn off Lua errors in your wow menu. I have had mine turned off for over a year or two and I never have any issues, I got sick of them popping up in raids all the time after a major patch.
