 Queueing Problems

I'm having trouble with queueing. I do a lot of jewelcrafting and I queue the production of numerous different gems at once. However, once I complete creating one gem, it does not go to the next item in my queue. When I press "continue queue", it just becomes a grayed out "process queue" button.
