 stealth and double bindings

is it possible to bind the same key to 2 buttons?
ie. im a druid and i only use 3 spells in prowl and i created a bar only for those spells, and i was wondering if i could bind fx 1,2,3 to those 3 but only let them work when im in prowl and then disable hotkeys for all other bars?
