For right now I am using TipTop. I enabled Tool tip on cursor and it still enables hide on unit frames. Everytime I try to disable the hide on unit frames it re-enables after you apply and reload the ui.

I have run into an interesting feature. I enabled the Data text for the Threat meter and every time I go into combat I get spammed with errors. I had to disable the threat meter in the data text. Once disabled the UI works fine and no more errors. Is there something I can do there?
