I can't get this release to detect...

I can't get this release to detect any of my custom buffs. I didn't have this issue in WoTLK. Is this a bug or is anyone else having these issues? I've gone through all the settings and can't find anything that might help. The buff I'd really like to get working is arcane brilliance. thanks! NM Fixed it. You can't shift+clic...
