That means you're playing on private sever and you go on your own with this error. Noone is able to help you here.
I'd recommend deleting addons that wasn't updated to 4.0 first. Other than that, it could be an issue with WoW itself, triggered by some addon....

Buttons on bars no longer function

First let me thank you for creating this, it's great!
Now for the whine:confused:. I recently updated to the latest version and now the buttons no longer function. Either with a mouse click or by pressing the key.
I get the following the first time I try anything.
