Closely resembles, or are identical? Because Acapela kinda resembles the picture ,ie: the name text would be to the left of the health bar instead of above, the font wasn' quite the same, the glow was around the edges of the bar, not all around... (by the way, I reloaded my UI in every possible way: /reloadui, log out and exit game)....

When I use the preset Acapela, I doesn't look like the picture on the front page (custom settings one). I've loaded all the modules, and everything. There doesn't appear to be anything wrong, but it doesn't look like the picture.
Any help is appreciated.
