I was wondering if it is possible to get different buff frames to show up depending on what faction/friendliness your target is. Basically if they are attackable I want to be able to see all their buffs and debuffs, and if they are friendly I want to see all their buffs but only like 5 debuffs and for those to be about twice as larg...

One of the things that has always bugged me is that buff frame addons (or at least satrina) doesn't have frames for Friendly and Enemy Buffs and Debuffs... This also applies in PVP and PVE...
