Problem solved. I had MiirGui 1_1_1 and i thought that was a latest version because i downloaded it a day after Patch 4.3 released. Now i'm using version 1_1_7 and so far doesn't have that problem anymore. I play on US server and i also have a same problem since patch 4.3 released. I also did deleted old version of Miirgui files and downloaded new version. At first i thought it was an issue from my Unitframes mode ( i normally used Shadowed Unit frames) So i change to Ouf and still occur a same problem which it will show class icons on...
