 Same options for SCTD as for SCT

adding the same options as for sct to sctd would be great.
what i missed was that i couldnt unsticky my crits and that it didnt actually scroll.
they just popped up uncontrolled all over my screen. when i have both sct and sctd, it gets kind of messy :)
give us options instead of just leaving them out would be <3 :D
