Hi - So I was making some triggers for Player Cooldown Complete for my shaman. I'm basically just playing a sound when the talent comes off CD. I got to ascendance and ran into an issue and I think its because of the way it works. With other talents I've been making triggers for, the CD timer starts right when you use the talent....
