You need an actionbar mod. Use Dominos/Bartender or whatever you like. This mod is just Art (textures). I do use Bartender, but I have the same problem, the default blizzard action bars are still present. Even if it did disappear though, I still can't "merge" Bartender bars with the Roth UI ones, they don't react to anything, they...
