Failed Display Timer not working

I don't understand why, but since I changed server the "Failed Display Timer" is not working, I am setting it to 0 since I don't want forte to show something that didn't work, but even when set to 0 the bar still show for like 5 seconds... It really messes up stuff like when immolate fails and you try to cast conflag just to know...

How can I make forte to show only my debuffs on the target? When I set to show ALL types of corruption on the target, obviously, it will show every lock corruption, but when I set it to only show "by me" It doesn't show anything.. The only other addon that I am using that tracks things like that is Quartz, but I have its Buff/De...
