I could fix this bug by replacing "CURSOR_OFFSET_X" with "-7" and "CURSOR_OFFSET_Y" with "-9". http://www.wowwiki.com/WoW_Constants I don't really know what these values stand for but it works for me.

great addon! I got a new necklage yesterday: "Pendant of Battle-Lust" http://www.thottbot.com/?i=56169 wardrobe doesn't equip that item and the necklage slot stays empty all the time perhaps because it has "-" inside its name? all other necklages I have work perfectly ...
