 Loot Rolls

Was just wondering what controls the loot roll panel in this ui. Mine ins't showing up for some reason and its hard to test what's causing this as I have to queue and kill first boss. I have tried xloot and nekoloot to give me something but so far no luck :(
Its a pity because I really love this ui.
