I don't see why it would cause a problem, did you try deleting your cache? another thing you might want to do is backup your wtf and interface folders, and delete the originals. Restart the game, install the addon by itself, *i had you back up for a reason*. If that doesn't fix the issue, its an issue with the addon itself. Could you...

This client has only been tested on EN_US Clients, the only file I modified is dahud.lua, all other issues are with the original mod. I've noted where i've made my edits as well.
