Chat box out of place

I downloaded SUI and installed it, but when I logged on my chat box was behind my action bars. It's still like that even after I uninstall and go back to the default blizz UI. I've tried turning off all addons except ouF, SpartanUI, and bartender but that doesn't work. I play on a 1366x768 res screen (laptop), please somebody respond...
