Is there a way to disable your tooltips, or perhaps modify them? Right now I have Tip-tac set up with a layout I really like, but it conflicts with your tool tip code apparently. Wasn't a large enough range for me. I went in and modified the negative value in the core.lua to -1920 and that worked fine. The only issue that I've noticed is that the player frame doesn't move, maybe it's not bound to the top of the left panel or something? The party frames and chat windows all adjusted fine... D-

Turn the water setting down to medium or something. i had the same issue, and think it's related to ATI drivers rather than this UI.
