When I restart WoW, or log off/exit...

When I restart WoW, or log off/exit the game, then come back to my rogue it seems that Poisoner is gone. I have to use the cmd /poisoner enable each time I log in, which is sort of annoying :s I've disabled all other addons and still cannot figure out what's going on, any ideas? :confused: Otherwise, I totally love this addon!
