make it so it doesnt show all the bars like Interupt Bar. make it so that it will only show the cooldown of the specific ability and not all the abilitys if you know what i mean sorry for the bad english

ok so i have to admit for ppl who have no clue on have to use LUA codes this ''tutorial'' can be real realy confusing but i did manage to remove some bits i didnt like for example i removed the Cast bar / focus frame so my question to you is if you could pls explain how to remove the ( Party / Raid Frame ) without messing up the...
