 Game Menu possible?

Just wondering if there is any way to use OPie as the game menu? That is, to have a radial menu for Character info, Abilities, Skills/Talents, Achievements, Quest Log, Guild etc... I have tried to do it with macros but can't figure out how to macro those menu options. Most UI addons remove this menu, and it's usually used out of comb...
