 Key Binding w/ Keyboard

For some reason I can't rebind keys with my keyboard. I got a Logitech G110 for Christmas and it hasn't malfunctioned with anything else. Rebinding keys to my mouse (key 4/5) works. Any idea how to fix? Thanks in advance.
EDIT: I've tried some other keyboards and I run into the same problem.
