I was having the same problem as Shabazza. Then i realized i accidentally had another tooltip mod enabled. Turning off the other one got rid of it. So it is probably another addon.

panels reseting

I was having the same problem with both of my panels resetting every time and going to the top. So I just went into the settings and noticed there was some new settings. So i just set panel 2, which was at the bottom and kept going to the top, to be anchored to the bottom and that fixed it. Not sure if that was the same problem ev...
