What is the addon on your latest screenshots (warrior on PTR) that shows important buffs/debuffs above the action bars (sunder armor stacks, shout duration etc).

Hello, When I play my 42 Druid and enter battlegrounds (I haven't seen this on my 60 lock), there's an "M" displayed right of the frames next to 80% of the raid members. It's not "Ma" as in magic debuff, but a single "M" that I couldn't find any logic why it displays it. I couldn't find info about in the docs, so I'm posting here....
