I have noticed since the patch update a few times after posting several hundred auctions, QA will immediately ask me if I want to cancel. If I press cancel it will unlist everything that was just posted!
Very annoying.

Scan auction successful emails and automatically add that item (and the number that sold) to the craft queue.
