I'm wondering that why the cast bar stop working everytime when I enter the game, and I have to open the quartz config frame, and edit the "cast bar", then it begin to working.
How to fix this bug?

Think it's not locale problem. Just go to the "Res" folder (...\LnS_Minimap\Res\), add compact font with zhTW support and rename it as old font (stat_font.ttf). Old font can be deleted or removed.
