 timer of buffs/debuff under icon

guys how i can move timers of buffs/debuff under icon. just don't like how timer looks inside icon.
and can timer of minutes looks like 9:45 ? (9min 45sec) now it looks shorted like 9m. cause some debuffs i need to know exactly in minutes and seconds.
