 Clique for models / nameplates

Is there a way to get Clique to work by clicking on models or nameplates? Everything works great with units frames.
For instance, if I had a macro such as:
/cast Flash Heal
and added that to action key 1 on my first bar, I could hover my mouse over a player or NPC model and then press my keyboard key 1 and it would execute...
