If that is indeed what the tooltip said, then you have another tooltip mod enabled. The default tooltip (which TipTop just enhances) doesn't list level on the first line.
I didn't think I had any other tooltip mods running but I will keep an eye on it, the repetition of the mob name does suggest dup...
