I finally found out what has been bugging me for about 2 weeks now. The indicator for the stealth Detecting in Suramar City is as i assume mouse scroll enabled. It's intended, but not configurable at the moment. Happens when the npc has detection (those who can detect your illusion buff). I realize that, but isn't the texture on this particular mob a bit fucked up?

A side note, all spells are being reported as non-interruptable by the API, weird. This happens if the spec you are currently playing cannot interrupt afaik.
