I'm also having a problem with my modifiers. I updated today and noticed my bindpad macros with modifiers were no longer working. I have two, one for frostfire bolt and one for scorch, each macro set to cast pyroblast while holding shift. I thought about it and pulled out pyroblast as a different spell.
