Missing Bars

Odd, I can see a set of bards on the right and left of my warrior but the rest of characters do not have the additional set of bars... is there a toggle I am missing? I cannot drag and drop anything there..they are simply "not there..." :eek: Thank you for making the best looking UI on the planet!

Stats at the bottom

I LOVE this UI!!!! I was wondering if there was a simple way to unlock the stats at the bottom so I can move them to fit the UI since my screen is 1920 x 1080 everything "almost" fits... just the stat info down at the boom is off the UI Thank you for your hard work! :)
