 Changing cursor size

Great Add-On I really appreciate all the folks who make these cool little things for us to use. I do have a request or a question about if there is way to add a scale button for the actual size of the physical cursor because I play at 1900x 1080 on a 42 in tv and the cursor is super small.
I know it has to do with editing the API...
