I had a problem with Cartographer's dropdown menu (it just plainly didn't work), so after extensive (:D) searching and reading, I found Ace Updater, downloaded it, installed it, ran it and.... it got fixed! I'm guessing it works for other kinds of problems and Ace add-ons, too, so, if you need help, you should try this first =P...
