Since 2.2 the priest Tier5 4 piece set bonus makes your renew 3 seconds longer. Any way to make it possible to configure this? Or maybe even detect it?

Somehow my bag bar and menu bar got detached from the bongos move square that should be associated with it. In other words.. When I unlock my bars and drag the relevant square around.. nothing happens... any solution to that problem?
