Firstly, thank you very much for this addon/feature. It took me some time, but after a lot of fiddling and experimenting I have found that the options menu you have provided us with is brilliant. I can pretty much do whatever I want which is great, and it's really smooth / well presented. Here's a screenshot of my current set...
